Reservation & Payment Policies
Pricing & First Month
Prices are subject to change without notice. All new guests will be charged the full month's rate for the first month and will pay rent again 30 days from the booking date. During the second month, tenants will be prorated so their rent is due on the first of the month.
Payment & Electric Deposit
Rental rates shall be paid in full in advance of occupying overnight RV space. Monthly tenants will be charged a $100 Electric Deposit, refunded in full if account is clear when tenants check out.
Credit Card Service Fee
There will be a 3% service fee for all credit or debit card payments. Full reservation amount will be charged to credit card at time of reservation.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you receive a weekly or extended stay rate, no refunds will be given if you leave early. Customers will have 24 hours after making a reservation to cancel for a cancellation charge of $50. No refunds beyond the 24-hour cancellation period.
Guest Rates
Rates are based on 1–2 adults and children 16 years or younger. Please inquire about rates for more than 2 adults or children 17 and older.
Monthly Rent Due Date
Rent and Electric Bill is due on the 1st of the month for all monthly tenants. If not received by 9 PM on the 3rd, we reserve the right to remove the RV from our premises.
