Welcome to Austin's Landing, located on Surfside Beach and offering clean, inviting sites with 20, 30 and 50 amp hookups. We are located one block from the pedestrian beach and two blocks from the jetty park.
We are a few minutes drive from several industrial plants like DOW, Zachry, BASF, Shintech, Freeport L&G, Port of Freeport and others. The cities of Lake Jackson, Freeport, Sweeny, Oyster Creek, Angleton and West Columbia are all within a few minutes of the park.

Concrete Sites Available
Select sites at Austin's Landing feature solid concrete pads — a significant upgrade over gravel or grass. Concrete pads provide a level, stable surface for your rig, make setup faster and cleaner, and eliminate the mud and soft ground issues common after Gulf Coast rain.

Full Hookups — 20/30/50 Amp
Every site includes full hookups: water, sewer, and electric with 20, 30, and 50 amp service. All rigs must be self-contained with a septic hose connector. Monthly guests are billed separately for electricity by KWh usage.
Free High-Speed WiFi
Complimentary high-speed WiFi is included for all park guests. WiFi access code is provided at check-in. Ideal for remote workers, streaming, and staying connected during extended stays.
Laundry, Showers & Restrooms
On-site laundry facilities, clean showers, and restrooms are available to all park guests — everything you need for a comfortable long-term or extended stay without leaving the park.
One Block from the Beach
Austin's Landing sits one block from the Surfside Beach pedestrian access and two blocks from the jetty park. You can hear the Gulf from your site — and reach the sand in under two minutes on foot.
